Camera will not stay on line

Got system in Feb 2018.  One defective camera replaced in 2019.  Same camera will not stay on line.  Batteries new.  Other two cameras are more reliable.

Major drawback to this system for vacation house is cameras cannot be reset remotely. 
Home hundreds of miles away.

Any suggestions on how others manage remote locations.

Next time you're there, swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location. I'll bet on the latter...
