One of cameras was unavailable suddenly today after 14 days has been used. I took out the batteries and put them back and then it started woking but with low battery bar in the screen. Other 3 cameras are okay so far. Not sure if this is a defect one. Since tomorrow is the 15th day (last day to return) after I bought at the Best Buy, I need to decide if I need to return it.
Any suggestion or advice?
Thanks,

Good afternoon Sungasu,
Thank you for your post. I'll send you a personal message to discuss and continue troubleshooting the camera that is not performing as expected.
If it is determine to be a defective camera we can take the appropriate action at that time and arrange for the camera to be replaced.
Best Regards,
Christine

Rebooted system, Rebooted camera, replaced the camera with another camera. Will stay online a day or so then drops off line again. The signal strength is full except for one bar...New batteries...Put a brand-new camera up that i received yesterday...Just keeps dropping off line. Total distance is 58 feet from base...It is located outside.
Getting frustrated...When first installed it lasted two weeks before this started.

Batteries tested with multi meter say they are ok...One is a brand new camera with brand new batteries....All are synced with base...

The other part of the equation is the base station. You've swapped cameras, now it's time for the base. You could try repositioning it first, however.

I moved the base to a different location and placed it over the window. The strange thing is that it worked perfectly for two weeks....Then WHAM!. Camera offline.
The only thing that has changed is Netgear sent me a new C-6300 modem/router to replace a defective unit (same modle) and I installed it Friday. The problem started proir to the router replacement.

First step is to verify the firmware is up to date. The base station should be 1.4.2695 and the cameras should be 1.2.2688. If not, go to Settings, Base Station Settings and ensure the Auto Update FW slider is on. If you want to be sure, turn it off and use the Save button and then turn it on and save again. You can try rebooting the base station and open and close the battery covers to force an update or wait overnight for the process to work automatically. Battery reporting issues were fixed in newer firmware - your batteries may not actually be dead unless you've recorded a big bunch of videos and/or have been playing with live view, etc. a lot.

Sounds like a trouble ticket to get the camera replaced.

There have been cases here which sound like bad batteries out of the box but it also depends on a variety of issues, such as ambient temperature, the amount of time spent live viewing (including positioning) as well as recording. Night vision will use more but I wouldn't think by too much. Generally, the first set of batteries seem to go fast because of all the time spent setting up and playiong with the system and then it settles down.

One of cameras was unavailable (offline) suddenly today. I purchased them last week and they worked fine. I am a federal firefighter and away from home allot. I am working today and tomorrow and then I am going away for a week. I am leaving early Saturday morning and have no time to mess with this brad new system that I purchased from BestBuy.

Looks like something was done. Update likely caused the issue because I am in the same boat.

Have you tried power cycling the cameras that are showing not connected or offline (open and close the battery compartment door). Pay close attention to the LED behavior on the camera, What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?
Please let me know the results
