I have one camera that says it is off line and to make sure it is connected to the internet. It has new batteries and has been connected to the internet twithout any issues. Rebooted the server and hit the sync on the camera and still nothing happens.

What do you see with the camera LED when you try to sync? Are you following the full sync process of broefly pressing the base sync button (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then the camera sync button?
