In fact this makes me upset, beacause i don´t know why this sometimes happens.

In that case, you can not use this video, because there is nothing you can really recognize in it.

App or browser?  If you download it do you see the same thing?

I faced the behaviour in browser and within the app.

Downloading the video doesn´t fix the problem.

actually i don´t see a reason why this happens. I experienced it, during night vision shots also during daylight.
