One of my cameras is offline, I have reset and checked batteries.  Won't work. How do I contact a support person?

Camera might be fine.. It's prolly' Netgear's Server is Acting up again.. Coz' it happened before for some of us experienced it.. usually when there's new Updates taken place.. but don't take my word for it.. contact support to make sure..
