Notification but no recording on 1 camera

1 of my 2 Arlo cameras detect motion and gives notification through the app but it doesn't record and I don't get an e-mail notification.

 

I tried to replace the batteries, delete and add the camera but that hasn't solved the problem. It's also not possible to watch live but I can see that the camera is connected to the base station and I can also see the battery status. I also tried to watch on the web version but I have the same problem there. There's no filter aplied on the library.

 

My other camera works perfect.

 

The camera has hardware verion "H7" and firmware version "1.2.4941".

I don't recall my specifc issue now but I replaced a camera quite a while ago for what I think was the same problem. Create a trouble ticket using the Support link above and possibly get an RMA.
