Good Afternoon,
The glossy marketing states , “ being in control”, reality is “confusion
and left in the dark” absolutely nothing to “shine” about.
With the recent release of the new Arlo app I have not been able to
Connect the Netgear router to it nor sync
cameras.
What has been done about it?
Now doubt this will hurt future sales. I don’t have all day to troll through support queries to
identify what Arlo is doing about the fault. Why not place a simple notification message on the front page of the website at least acknowledging it and providing a status update. Customers rely on Arlo products to protect property, businesses and their families.
Arlo, time to shine and show us why you are the best for security products, service and support.
