Not get notifications from 1 of 3 cameras

I have a base station with 3 wireless cameras attached.   On the master iphone everything seems to be working fine.  On another iphone which the cameras have been shared to, all 3 cameras are visable within the app, video can be viewed from all 3 camera, however, notifications are only coming from 2 of the 3 cameras.   Any suggestions on how to get notifications from the 3rd camera on the 2nd iphone.

That is odd.... because emails are controllable to primary and guests, BUT pushes are everyone or no one gets them

I would first try and delete the troubled SHARED camera ( not the camera itself but just UNSHARE it )  to the second phone and then bring it back again as SHARED...see if that fixes the alerts.
