I have setup motion detection and can get alerts but no recordings. I can manually record. No there are no filters in recording library. Yes I have rebooted the base router

Base 1.4.2695
I can't update as there is no option available in the device info menu and it's not my fault if I am sold an old firmware so please provide me a working solution

I set my system up yesterday and I am experiencing the same problem everyone else is having. My system will not record on motion. Same issue as the person before me. Why reinvent the wheel, please fix my problem.
I have noted many people reporting this issue but can't seem to find a solution. I bought my cameras today and setup first time.

I set my system up yesterday at 7:00 am (24 hours ago). I just tested my system and it works now. My system upgraded and I noticed a change in the Mode section. You will notice (Arm and Disarm Motion) when you see that upgrade, it should be fixed.

Firmware updates will complete automatically overnight. Are you still having this issue? Did the firmware updates complete?

Hi,
I have same problems with cameras, they just stopped recording?
I currently have HW version VMB3010r2 and FW version 1.4.2695, how can I update the Firmware? I have the correct Mbps so that should not be a problem.

Firmware updates will complete automatically overnight if there are no issues. Consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button) and try updating again.
