Since 1 to 2 month ago. All the camera was no working at all...
I can receive email and say motion detected but no record on the library at all.
If i record manually it will show up. otherwise no record at all..
Try to following few step but still not working.
1. restart the base
2. Remove the base from my account and re-register
3. Remove all camera and re-sync it.
Can anyone give me some advice what can i do for it ...

Make sure you don't have any filters turned on in the library that might be hiding the videos.

I have the same issue. I trigger motion by waving at the camera, I get a motion alert text instantly, and then no recording in the library. My mode is "All Motion On", I have the camera set to record for 20 seconds, and checked everything else. No filters set in my library - I have it so everything from everywhere should show.
What's odd is I get a red alert flag on my library in the app after I get the motion detected text. To me that says "a video was added to your library". But when I go to the library there is no new video. This has happend after 5 or 6 tests today.
Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

All Motion on is an old mode that has been known to cause problems. You should be using the new default mode Armed. I would delete All Motion On/Off modes to prevent confusion.
Using the Armed mode, what happens?

I have the same problem. Cameras detect motion but doesnt send email or store video in library.

Email notifikation and library storing Works for one cameras at the time now after restarting the base.
Can I get "All motion on" back again after deleting it earlier? Or "armed" funktion?

I do believe you'll want to start with ARMED now, and then move onto creating your own custom functions.

It would be Great to get ARMED. I am not sure how to update my firmware.
I have no update possibility under device info / firmware! It only shows the firmware version there.

What usually works is to power cycle the base and wait overnight. If that doesn't work, you may need to reset the base and start fresh.
