Hi my set up is 1 yr old and am starting to have major issues. 

1. 1no camera continually goes offline.  I had to switch it with a camera used not as often as i had to keep resyncing to get it to work again.

2. Base station gone offline a few times and then when it is back up none of my cameras will play live even though all is online again. 

3. Sensitivity has gone down on 2 external cameras even when on 100% and I have cleaned the cameras. They are not exposed to the elements.

Can anyone help I have no clue what else to do and am close to giving up ?

Has anything changed from an environmental standpoint recently? Something that would cause 'radio wave type' interderence?

New neighbors in closer proximity with similar electronics?

Router updates or changes?

Batteries?

In addition to the above, it might be worth resetting the base and starting over.  Use the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras after opening and closing the battery doors.  Make sure to note any settings, mode/rules and schedule before resetting.
