No notifications about low battery power broken again?

Or is it just me? I have an original Arlo wifi camera that went is at 4% and its snapshot preview said it is time to change its RC123 batteries. I never got any iOS and e-mail notifications for it. What about the rest of you?

It seems Arlo's low battery notifications are broken again after https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/I-am-not-receiving-low-battery-alerts-by-email/td-p/1567156. 😞
