No longer receiving recordings

Hey there, does anyone know why Arlo isn’t sending any recordings anymore. I wasn’t aware you had to now sign up for a plan. I have had the cameras 5 years. Hope that’s not the case but if anyone would be kind enough to let me know. Thanks in advance

This is currently posted in the "Arlo Essential Inside Camera" section (though the mods might move it).  That camera is new, and like all new Arlo camera models requires a paid subscription for cloud recording.

 

However, Arlo continues to provide the 7 day free cloud storage for the old camera models.  Anything 5 years old quite qualify for that.

Is your problem that you aren't receiving notifications, or that no video is stored in the library?

Can you make and view a manual recording?
