No login possible on app

 So, app crashed today and I was unable to login.  So, followed Arlo advice and finally deleted app and reinstalled.  However when I open the app (iPhone) I’m only getting the following screen - screenshot attached which sits there - no email login Pop up appears to let me progress further.  Any ideas?  Many thanks.

  1. Restart the phone and put it into airplane mode.
  2. Launch the app, and wait for the internet connection failure.
  3. Take the phone out of airplane mode, and you should be able to log in.

Sorry - can’t see what photo shows but this is exactly what I did - worth a try?

1. Switch off phone, leave it off for about 1 min, turn on open App and leave the Arlo app open in the background.

2. Turn off all services(Wifi and Cellular Data).

3. Turn Airport Mode on

4. Go back and open the Arlo app again in the background

5. For me the Itl immediately poped up the login screen

6. Turn Wifi on and Data on, then I was able to login to the app successfully
