Have the Nighthawk AC1900 paired with one Arlo camera at my house. Camera detects motion and records according to settings but when trying to see live view, shows that camera is disconnected.
All are up to date the software.
Also have other 3 cameras and Arlo router at another house and they work fine and can show live view.
What do you suggest for this problem? Do i need to send the camera to repair? is it a software limitation?
Regards.

I don't believe there's a hardware problem but a software one. Are you using the app or a browser? Try the other method as well as a different browser.

Already checked with Chrome and Firefox and still the same. Also in cellphone and tablet is the same with the app.
Maybe its the camera, because seems to connect and disconect from time to time, even when near router.

Still camera is shown as disconnected. Already reset router and camera and still the same.
Only lasted a few minutes and then lost signal. Even when camera is 2 meters distance and no obstacles.
Regards.

Right now I think it's a crap shoot given the issues with the firmware that caused it to be pulled. Wait until the revised firmware is released, rumored to be soon. Keep an eye out here:

Note that we may need to factory reset to get the best out of any changes but we can always try just updating to see what happens.
