No history VMC2030, PRO 2 on VMB4000

I had 7 day free rolling storage and it had been working fine.

The widgets when clicked should show my history but the wait curser just spins.

The feed is working and the calendars have blue dots denoting there is recordings.

I have rebooted the VMB4000 and I have tried removing and readding one of the camera but still no luck with the history. I have 5 cameras. 4 VMC2030 and 1 Pro 2.

I had at one point a spotlight that was on a trial but that ended, I just want to go back to what I had...

    The team identified the cause and a fix is in the works. I will provide updates when I have more info.

I tried to make a change in the backend as before. Can you reboot your base station to see if that worked? If not I will escalate this for you.

Hi Shayne,

Thanks for looking into this.  I unplugged the base station & plugged it back in.  The problem is still the same.
I can see recordings under the feed tab but not under the individual devices, separated.

If one has high activity it's a ton of scrolling to monitor what's happening on other devices.  Can be highly worrisome & stressful if you need to look at something for security reasons.

@TracyChris So your recordings have not disappeared? Can you provide a screenshot of the screen you're referring to and instructions on how to replicate the symptom you are describing.

I'll attach what I see when I click the device  - the recordings never come up underneath,

Make sure it's a .PNG or .jpg (not .jpeg - rename the file to .jpg).

See the number 2? I used to be able to tap that video and it would show the last 2 videos recorded through Devices. Now I have to go to feed and find those 2 videos.

In my browser (Edge on a Win 11 laptop) it shows me this when I click on the count (images are masked):

I used to see what you see, now when I hit the number button, its says "THERE ARE NO EVENTS FOR THIS DAY" but clearly there is.

Have you tried clicking on a couple of the days in the calendar?
