Hi I cannot gain access to my account as my email which was a company email is no longer accessible and I can’t recall the password to go in to update it. There is no email support or phone support in the uk other than signing in which I can’t do. The number in Cork has a recorded message saying it’s disconnected. The only email I can find is for new orders who reply that they can’t help but advise me to sign into my account which is exactly what I can’t do. Hence going in circles. Help with an email support details or a phone number, thanks.

Unfortunately, got no where as they responded by asking me to log in on my old email which is exactly what I can’t do as my old email address is no longer supported as was a company email that is no longer trading. Whilst I know the address I don’t recall the password. Getting absolutely nowhere and frustrated.

all that’s happening is they are asking me over and over again other same question and over and over again I tell them chapter and verse. Complete waste of time

No further feedback for 3 days from Arlo so I’m logging all now to cancel arlo contract again and provide evidence for credit card bank to reimburse. Cannot recommend Arlo now I’m afraid

28/11/2024 Arlo providing terrible service with a further week gone by with still no communication. Just taken fee without permission and shut down my attempts to recover
