In previous attempts to cancel my subscription I was instructed to activate the cameras and then take them offline?
One of my cameras does not work and I no longer have the other one.
There must be a way for you to cancel my account since I have been paying for a service that I no longer receive for a year or more

FWIW, I recommend waiting a full billing cycle after (1) to make sure you are no longer being billed, before proceding to (2).
