Help. I get no notification or recording in my “feed”. All other functions of the cameras are working. My system is comprised of 4 cameras (3 Pro and 1 Pro2) and a base station. Everything was working perfectly until I migrated to the new Arlo Secure app a few days ago. I have also subscribed to Arlo Secure-multi camera and that did not solve the problem. I was required to migrate to the new app in order to add my wife back to the account because she got a new iPhone. We use these cameras to monitor our summer home so no one is physically at the location to do trouble shooting. I am aware that Arlo has issued an “end of life notice” for my cameras. This should not have affected my system that was working perfectly until I installed the new app. Any thoughts are welcome.

Old modes don't transfer to the new interface. Go to Routines, make sure Modes is selected and click on the 3 dot menu at the top right. That gives you a gear on each mode. Tap the gear and set up the mode as desired. You can then top on Done at the top right. If needed, select Automations to build a schedule and/or geofencing.

Thanks for your help. I followed the steps you suggested. I won’t know if they worked until I get some motion on the cameras over the next few days, so stay tuned. I also noticed that my new Arlo Secure subscription lists only 4 devices ( the four cameras) as “participating” and not my base station. I cannot find a way to add the base station to the subscription if that is necessary. Thank you again for your help.

That isn't needed. Subscriptions are for the cameras.

You can test recordings by making a manual recording when livestreaming.
