No Arlo Devices found

New Arlo package VMS 3230, had the base station connected to power and home router. 3 lights all green.

Can't find the device with the error "No Arlo Devices found". on apple app.

All 3 LEDs shouldn't be green on a new system. Remove anything that happens to be in Settings, My Devices (sounds like there will be none). Press and hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Wait for the power and Internet LEDs to turn green and try again.

PS... make sure the phone and base on on same wifi network
