Arlo base station won't connect

If someone can help me I have sent up my Arlo camera to my base station I have downloaded the app but the app will not connect onto my base station I have a Samsung 5 phone I've tried it on my boys tablets and my Apple Mac cannot see anything on there can someone help

If you had already set up an account, then in the app just use your email and pw

 

If using a computer , try at https://arlo.netgear.com/ with a browser
