I bought the Nitecore RCR123A rechargable batteries and they dont fit.  Anyone have the same problem?

Are they new cameras? There was I believe a while back that mentioned a similar problem with a new camera.

But it could also be the manufacturing of the cell as they do have a +/- size variance allowed

IIRR, one person took off the plastic wrapper tho I do not recommend that ( not sur that was nitecores)

mine fit without problem tho both cam and cells are A yr old plus

I bought the cameras in August of 2016 so I assume they would be new.  I bought a set of Eagle Tac rechargibles and will see if they fit better.

I purchased the arlo pro system recently and the 4th camera does not work properly. We've swapped batteries and even got it to upload the required software however it refuses to stay on or connect properly. The other cameras work fine. This particular one is a dud.

I also have 3 months of support. Is there a way to contact netgear/arlo by phone to resolve this issue?

Swap the system at the store or use the Contact Support link at the bottom of the desktop version of these y.
