Nigth vision do not work and day time picture pink color

I have 4 Arlo working in my system 3 of them are OK

but one camera at nigth the picture is black you do not see any picture

during the daytime the picture is pink color

I have reset the system all the cameras return OK but the one that have the problem returns with the same problems BLACK picture at nigth and pink in the day

Batteries are OK

Open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom of the desktop version of these pages.  It's a hardware problem.
