Night Vision not working on one camera

Just installed 2cameras. One inside one outside. The night vision feature doesn't work on the outside one

You can swap the cameras to see if the issue stays with the position or the camera. Make sure night vision is enabled in Setting GS, My Devices

Well, that was too fast. Anyways, check your settings and maybe toggle night vision off and the back on. When you're outdoors at night with the camera can you see the dull red of the IR illuminators? If so, perhaps youre trying to see too far - ra he of illumination is limited.
