my camera stopped working after the firmware update..  and the camera is brand new just bought it from costco... whats goin on?how can u fix this

First, power cycle the base and open and close the battery door on any cameras. If that doesn't help, what are the LEDs on the base showing? You should have 3 green LEDs for power, Internet and camera. You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.
