New set up issue. Clicking on live picture shows "this device does not exist" error.

New set up. Camera still picture on laptop but when it ask if you want to see live picture click arrow and "this device does not exist". I got the system from my cousin's estate after she passed away. Went thru Arlo to release base and cameras. Any ideas?

Are you able to live stream cameras using a mobile with the arlo app?
