New internet provider

I have a new internet provider..how do i reset my system so that it operates with the new router and get it running again?

In theory there is nothing that you need to do other than plug the ethernet cable from the base into a spare port on your new router. After a short while the internet light should turn green and you should be good to go.

Tried that and also tried re syncing. No luck!

What color are the lights on the base?

What ISP did you change from/to and what is the model number of the router that you moved from/to?
