When will a new firmware be released for cameras, base, and app? I am constantly loosing camera connections even though battery status and wifi signals are being reported. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

No mention of firmware versions installed nor how you're checking status (app or browser). We need details to figure anything out.

If you're using the Android app and it's v2.1.1, there's a new one available (2.1.2) that fixes a display issue with cameras offline. The display was fine on iOS and a browser.
