I have a Arlo Wire-free two camera system that has been working flawlessly. I just purchased a third camera, sync it, but I can only view the camera on my desk top computer. The new add on camera is not appearing on my Android phone app. When I added the camera, I updated the camera, and it works great from my PC only. I tried re-booting the base station, un-installing and re-installing the app on my phone, and clicking on the 'add device' button on the phone app.When I click on the 'add device' button on my phone app, I then click on 'Arlo wire free', but the next screen shows setting up the base station. The only option is the 'continue' button, and when I push it, it says 'discovering your device' for about 30 seconds, then says 'taking to long to discover your device? View setup instructions again'. After 10 minutes, still no luck. Does it need more time to find the new camera? Does anyone have any advice on how to get my Arlo phone app to recognize my new camera?

I just chatted with Arlo support. I forgot to grant access for the new camera, because I use a different log in for my phone. Once I granted access for the new camera to my other log in email, my phone app now recognizes the new camera. Problem is solved.

About the only thing you haven't mentioned is restarting your phone. Any luck? It would appear to be a display issue for your phone although I would have thought that reinstalling the app would have fixed that.

I forgot to mention I also restarted my phone. What I noticed is on the page where you can add a device, when I click on the add Arlo Wire-free, it takes me to the Base Station page, instead og the add a camera page.
