Hi, I've been trying to set up Arlo but so far without luck. The power, internet and camera lights are all solid green on the Netgear base station but on no cameras as shown as connected on my iPhone app. I have BT Infinity and a BT Smart Hub Type A. Please help!

Have you completed the New System Setup process and added the base station to your account? After the base station is claimed, you can then proceed to sync cameras.
What is the LED behavior of the base station/cameras when attempting to sync? At what point are you experiencing an issue?

Try a browser as well as the phone on both WiFi and cell service. ANy difference?
