New System Set Up with previous email address used????

For some reason my initial new system set up did not work out very well and I was having major problems so I went ahead and deleted all of the cameras and base station off my account. I went to reinstall everything and start from scratch and the app will not let me use my main email address to do this. Does anyone know how I can start from scratch using my primary email address?

Never mind. Finally figured it out myself. To perform a true reset you need to press and hold the reset button as well as the sync button for 15 seconds. Come on Arlo.....I'm not an F'in mind reader!!!!
