I've had cameras and system for several years.  Upgrade our iphones regularly.  I received my iphone 15 and now can't access my old account.  No cameras, nothing.  Not even the subscription I'm still paying.  Tried recycling, resetting re....  Support has been of NO value whatsoever.  If we didn't have so much money invested in an Arlo System covering two homes I'd just switch.  I got hold of someone today who said a technician would call me in 30 minutes.  Nothing.  I waited three hours and nothing.  I see that others have experienced this problem.  Any solutions?
