New Arlo subscription plans?

I’ve been paying for an Arlo subscription for years. It started at $14.99 a month and has gone up to $19.99 a month for the last couple of years. Now the app is saying I don’t have a plan. But I can follow links to find that I’m paying $19.99 a month. Did they change their plans?
