So as the subject states I need to reach Netgear support.

The e-mail form on my.netgear.com does not work (either in Chrom, IE och Edge)

Do any of you know their direct e-mail?

 

Problem:

I sold one of my Arlo-cameras (VMC3030) and the person that purchased it are having trouble connecting it to his brand new new base station. I wondering if I didn't release the S/N allowing it to be claimed by the guy that bought it from me.

 

I had a similar support ticket earlier and that time a reset of my own base station did the trick. This time the guy who bought the camera also bought a brand new unused base station from me, so it should not need a reset.

Any tips?

Ok, so I found another e-mail form to reach support over at http://www.arlo.com/eu/support/contact.aspx

This form worked fine 🙂

What behavior are they seeing when attempting to sync the camera? What color/flash pattern is displayed on the camera/base station?
