Will not connect to the Internet

I cannot get my for camera system to connect to the Internet at all. I've reset the system reset all the cameras and still no connection to the Internet I cannot view my property.

Define reset - a true reset or a power cycle/restart of the base? What are the LEDs on the base showing?  If the power and Internet LEDs are not green, it's not going to work at all.
