Need help with scheduling automations

Need help setting automations please. When I set it on Arm Home I would like Arm Home to be on from sunrise to sunset every day. This will be used 90% of the time. When I travel I would like to put it on Arm Away and would like Arm Away to run 24/7. I have a college degree and feel like I am trying to do advanced physics in another language…. Thanks

Additionally, within the Arlo app, you can navigate to Routines > Modes/Automations and tap the "Explore Modes" and "Explore Automations" buttons at the bottom of each tab for a walk through of each function.
