HAVING TROUBEL CONNECTING THE BASE STATION TO INTERNET   HAVE TRIED ALL OF THE SUGGECTIONS AND STILL UNABLE TO CONNECT

Please give us a little more information so that we can help identify the issue. What is the behavior of the internet LED on the base station? What indicates that the base station is not connecting? Are you seeing any kind of error messages when trying to go through the initial account setup?
