Find a good location for the mount
screw the mount down at the base with 3 screws till secure
screw camera onto threaded end ( into camera)
tighten small knurled knob so camera is lock in place
loosen big wing nut to rotate camera into proper view
tighten large wing nut
done

If I screw the camera to the correct angle and the tighten the white thing, will it hold the camera securely ?
