Have you tried rebooting your modem/router and your base station?

After basic support was up I upgraded yesterday. Turned off base and turned back on and still couldn't get them online. Rebooted base and got one camera that was off back on line but can't get other 2 cameras back on line.

Did you ever get your other cameras back on? I have one that won't come back on. Had the same situation as you did - upgraded, but only 1 camera came back on. What did you do?

Caddiechef,
Consider installing a fresh set of batteries. Do you still see the same behavior?
