My camera stop sending me or detected any smart notifications and motions all it’s set up from settings any one can help with this? Thank you

Check in mode to make sure that you have push notifications set for that camera and check your subscription - manage cameras to make sure that camera is being included in the plan.

Camera is i subscription and the notifications is on its very rare to detect person for all day is 7-8 notifications

A couple of tests you can make:

  1. Make sure 2K or 4K livestreaming is disabled (if you have pro3, pro4 or ultras).  Then livestream a camera.  You should be able to make a manual recording during the livestream.
  2. Walk in front of the cameras, and see if motion is reliably detected (both getting a recording and the notification).  If it isn't, then try the motion detection test.  https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera
