I have four (4) VMC3030 cameras. Three (3) are on a schedule and work as they should. I want to have the 4th one armed at all times.

I've contacted support no less than 10 times and NO ONE can tell me how this is done. PLEASE HELP!!!

Firmware for the 4th camera is: 1.5.295

OS is macOS Catalina

Thank you...Dan

Are you using a base station, or are the cameras directly connected to your home wifi?  (the answer to your question depends on this).

I'm using  a base station.

Thx.

What you need to do is

  1. make sure all the custom modes you are using include a rule for the camera that is always armed.
  2. create a new custom mode that only has a rule for the camera that is always armed.
  3. Ensure that all the empty slots in your schedule are filled with that new custom mode.
