My camera doesn't turn on and the light never goes blue. Are the batteries I received with the camera bad out of the box?

There is two symptoms for this issue
- Camera will not power on
- Camera will not power on and does not seem to charge
Have you tried charging the batteries? If you have Arlo Pro, charge the batteries first for 2-3 hours. and if you have wire free, it should be working fine, if not, you have 2 options, you can call support, or return the camera to store for an exchange.

Are you absolutely sure the batteries are all inserted with the correct polarity? It's easy to put the batteries in the lens end and the can pop to the back due to the magnet. Also, some people reported that the contacts with the batteries can be funny and you should just loosely insert the batteries and use the lid to compress them into place
