My base station has updated to the latest firmware. I can't seem to get my cameras to sync

My base station has updated to the latest firmware.  I can't seem to get my cameras to sync.  I think the issue could be incompatible firmware.  Is there a way to update camera firmware without connecting to base?

No. However, try resetting the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Try syncing again, being sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.

Yes, I already tried that. Thank you for the suggestion though.

What is the base station and camera LED behavior when attempting to sync?

 

Additionally, you indicate above you have factory reset the base station. After performing a factory reset you must add the base station back to the account using the "Add Device" button before attempting to sync cameras. Does your base station show online when viewing it under Settings > My Devices?
