Issue with one camera after install

Set up as recommended and all work but one camera.  Checked batteries and interchanged between cameras but this one camera clicks on and stays on and doesn't work.  Changed locations with the other cameras and this one still doesn't work.  Don't want to start over by packaging all up to return.  Can I just send this camera back to Netgear in CA and received a replacement?

yes you can by putting in a trouble ticket to Netgear Support...tho I think you pay shipping one way
