My arlo will not connect with the app

My app or computer will not detect the base I have 2 green lights on the base, I try connecting with the 5-g network and with the other one and nothing. The base is new and so far no luck to get this sistem connected.

Did you happen to buy this system used? Did you try and perform a factory reset on the base station & try again?
