My VMB5000 password reset request

NMB5000 is asking for a password in order to connect to my Wi-Fi
I don’t have one or if I did I forgot it. How can I reset it.

The base connection to the internet is via the Ethernet cable plugged into the router and does not use the wifi so no password is required.

The newer arlo cameras can either connect directly to your router wifi(password protected) or connect to the base station wifi which is a closed network and no password is required.

If connecting without a base station you would need to use the wifi password like you use for your mobile phone.

If you don’t know the password, look at the sticker on the router.
