I have reset the system but still shows as video taken but no video shows + there is no one to contact via phone to help with this .

I see other poeple have had this problem and I'm not sure if its been fixed. Please help.

thanks for the info turns out it was a date issue , just had to click on the time zone and reset.

How diid you reset the system ?

 

Also, check on your SW versions asgainst the release notes to confirm you have the latest.
