My arlo camera system is set to detect motion but it keeps setting itself from "ARMED" to "DISARMED" at random. I checked the forums and discovered this was a problem almost exactly one year ago but that was supposedly fixed. My problem started just recently. This system has been SO extremely unreliable since I installed it that I've been kicking myself for spending so much money on it. Is there any way to just arm the thing and be confident it's going to stay working?

I need to add that the cameras all have fairly fresh batteries and the system, when it IS armed, works. Once I notice it's disarmed, I have no problem rearming it. It just won't STAY armed. I'm not using geofencing - found it useless.

desinia,
Are you using a schedule? If you are only using the default "Armed" mode, the mode should not change on it's own.
Are you using IFTTT or any other third party integrations?

I'm just using the default "armed" mode. I'm the only one who has access to the system, both through the net and physically. At least once a week, I check and find the system has disarmed itself, leaving me with no protection. Any other suggestions I can try?

Any help is welcome and appreciated.
Pls note that I am the sole user with access on my phone without any third party integrators. Thanks

When I reported it, it stopped immediately. I don't know if they did something at their end because they never said but it hasn't happened once since then. Incredible coincidence?

Ali_Malik,
Are you using a schedule or Geofencing? Check your modes to make sure you have the appropriate mode selected.
