My arlo camera's and basestation are off-line. All of my other (wifi) devices are online and working. Please advise on what I am to do to get this sytem back pn line

Easiest thing to try is reboot the base via the power button... If it connects up properly the first three leds ( left ) will be on and green.

 

The cameras should reconnect if they haven't been offline to long, if they don't come up, you'll have to re-sync them.
