We need more info to work with.

  • What camera and base?
  • Is the camera on-line?
  • Do you have a subscription?
  • Do you have other cameras that are recording?
  • Did it ever work?
  • Does the camera live stream?

Yes camera is on line.
No subscription.
Yes have other cameras and are recording.
Yes it did work previously.
Yes it does live stream.

I suggest trying the motion detection test next - to see if the camera is still properly detecting motion.  https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device
